Moses Lake I-90 & Kittleson Rd. is seldom opened on the weekends anymore and closed some days. They have staffing issues for months and getting worse! This busy weekend they are closed again for the full weekend. Ridiculous!
Starbucks here is always so nice. Love my mobile orders and sometimes I order them in the drive through too quickly (I was told to wait a few more minutes), and they are always on top of it. They always get my drinks right, and I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Thank you for always being so great!

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly staff who care about their customers and show it with happy, smiling faces. The baristas are nice, and the best staff ever makes a difference. However, the drive thru is a little hard to get in, and the parking lot is small and may be hard to navigate. One experience was not happy: a salted caramel mocha hot drink had only half a cup full with cold foam, and the staff did not seem to know what they were doing, looking like chaos. On a positive note, a breakfast sandwich was perfectly heated and the drinks were spot on. The manager is awesome and the FSE is clean.
