Being poor in finances but rich in life and blessings I'll stop only to the places that are worth their value. Love the staff and great customer service. Great view of the hillside and the best place to be during Veterans Day Parade.“

I’ve had experiences with other places that mix it up and give me a fully caffeinated drink, that has never once happened here! The staff is friendly and it’s always a treat just to go and chat. I have not had a drink from them that I didn’t like, and they’re my go-to spot for a breakfast sandwich!“

“I’m officially sold on Dutch Bros. I am in love with their new Caramel Chai with vanilla popping bobas. I’ve had 3 since they came out, and can’t wait for the next. It’s super yummy! We love being able to pay on the Dutch Bros app. The line gets long, but they are working hard and it moves quick! They take your order when you pull up, and the last two times we were there, we were handed our drink before we even made it to the window!“

There were in-house and drive thru customers. Logan juggled them all efficiently, with a smile and like a boss. Kayla is the most chill and nice person. I REALLY took my time and asked her all these questions and she was patient, kind, informative and super sweet. They both need a raise!!“

“I will eat here again! I wish I had found this sooner. The bacon turkey avocado was incredible. This is one of those rare gems and an excellent way to help the community. It's located down the NW stairs inside the main entrance, so you'll have to pass through security, but it's totally worth it.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is an ADA compliant building and there is elevator access. Just tell security where you are headed and they will guide you to the elevator.“

“My hubby and I are always really happy with this Starbies. During our most recent visit, we ordered ahead on the app, and our coffee was ready about 4 minutes before the estimated time, which was great since we arrived early. There was plenty of seating for us to sit down and sip our coffee & share a yummy buritto. The new lavender oatmilk latte is very good!!

Parking: There aren’t a ton of parking spaces, but we found one no prob!“

“Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.“

“This Starbucks was a delight. The atmosphere was claiming and the employees were engaging. They had smiles on their faces and were informative. I had visited the Starbucks on 395 and Clearwater Ave and it was dreadful. They were stern and snappy. The atmosphere was depressing and cold. I think I will be going out of my way to go to the Starbucks on George Washington Way, do to the atmosphere. Thank you for the friendly service!

“I’m always a little wary of bubble tea bc I don’t drink sweet drinks. The drinks can be modified to have less sugar and fresh fruit instead of the boba or jelly. I got the new strawberry devil black tea with fresh strawberries. Shop is clean and drink came out within 5 min. Nice spot to take break from shopping and catch up with friends.“

“It's a Starbucks, so you're virtually guaranteed above average coffee and wonderful staff to help you get caffeinated. I suggest always supporting local, non-corporate coffee shops whenever possible, but beyond that, Starbucks will typically hit the spot.

Dietary restrictions: I always rock the oat milk- in all these years they've never failed me and my lactose intolerance.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I've literally been to a coffee shop in Seattle that was truly unfriendly to children.“

“I was not a customer here the other day, rather I was called to go fix a piece of equipment. However, I did have a cuppa while I was there and the staff were all helpful and kind. Especially the young lady who volunteered to stay late after closing so I could finish up that night instead of having to return the following day.This demonstrated to me that the employees at this particular location actually care about people. That attitude bleeds over into work, life, pretty much everything. I wish there were more people in retail/service industries like her. Kudos!“

“I’ve been a Starbucks regular for years, I grew up in Seattle and found myself in the mobile order drive thru line once or twice a day during high school and college. It’s almost always cookie cutter, predictable experience - not this location at the Columbia Center in Richland. I came in for a coffee, and the staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, we reminisced about old Starbucks items we missed & the store was very clean and nice looking. I wanna give a shoutout to Maisie, I was in for an hour and she is just incredible. She recommended a drink for me that absolutely knocked my socks off, she was constantly cleaning the bar and tidying up when no one was ordering, and she made a point to make sure everyone’s drinks were correct and made quickly. This location is on top of it, best Starbucks I’ve been to in years, very very impressed.“

“I came in on Jan 5th and the woman with the red hair was very friendly and she made me the best hot brown sugar dairy free drink. I can’t seem to go to any other Starbucks where it tastes as good as she made it. Make sure to give her a raise! ☺️?“

“We do not normally go to fast food but we were in-between appts and it was appoximately 9:40am so thought we would grab a coffee and biscuits.
We tried to order on the kiosk but werr having difficulty....so Maria stepped right up to help us. She told us to have a seat and she would bring our order to us....when she brought our food she ask if there we needed anything else....I said I am going to grab a glass of water....she immediately said she would bring it. She was very attentive always with a smile. We travel alot as that is the industry I am in and I will say this McDonald's is very fortunate to have Maria as an employee. She has exceptional qualities in customer service.
Maria's attitude and abilities will take her far in life.
