“Good drinks but absolutely the slowest coffee shop in town. Even when they come out and take orders while in line. It’s painfully slow. I’m speaking of the Pasco location.“
“Stopped by the drive‑thru at Wake Up Call and grabbed a white caramel mocha. Service was quick, friendly, and smooth — exactly what you want when you’re on the go. The drink was creamy, sweet, and well‑balanced, with the caramel and white mocha blending perfectly. Great spot for a fast pick‑me‑up without sacrificing quality“

“I walked into Cafenated this morning and ordered a vanilla latte. As I pulled out my wallet to pay, the barista grabbed a cup and noticed the word “Free” printed underneath it. It was such an awesome surprise. Moments like that show that Cafenated isn’t just a quick coffee stop—they genuinely care about their customers, even offering the occasional free coffee. I’d say stop by and test your luck… you might just get one too haha. Either way, their coffee is rich in flavor, and I love that they’ve created a modern spot where you can sit down, relax, and truly enjoy the experience. ☕️“

“I've loved every drink I've had here. They're very flavorful but not too sweet, and the baristas always have great recommendations, if I ask. Today, I bought a Golden Hour, finished it in less than five minutes and had to stop myself from going back immediately.“

“A lot of hype at this location apparently. I don't think the cashier was all that welcoming and friendly considering she rudely interrupted me when making my order. Apparently, every button has to be pushed in her exact sequence to avoid a meltdown. The girl making the drinks was very warm and our drjnks were great, however.“

“Hi Doug, you don't know me but we have a mutual acquaintance Will Lambert of dancing tree rehabilitative dog training in Richland. Will wrote a negative review for a business in Yakima called Flame and Brew because they held a GOP event at their Pizza place last month. Anyway, my wife and I went to the pizza place for the first time the next day and met the new owner who spent 5 years to get his legal citizenship and just bought the pizza place about 4 months ago. I wanted to leave him a positive review and saw Will's negative review and it really bothered me because it had nothing to do with the food and called the GOP event Pedophiles on their Facebook page. I asked Will to take it down since he is a small business owner too and doesn't appreciate negative reviews on his Facebook page just over politics which has nothing to do with the quality of their service. Anyway, since then, Will has called me many times in the middle of the night, some from his cell phone number (509)793-4035 and some from a California number (213)495-6230. He has called me a convicted Pedophile, mentioned my wife and kids’ names and then signed me up to get calls from realtors, gutter services, insurance, security services…..etc. I blocked the two numbers that he has been calling my wife and I in the middle of the night on and also the other ones but I was just going to ask maybe you could remind him to do unto others as he would want them to do to him. In all of this I have not left any negative reviews about his business because that is what this is all about. Thank you, David Clinton P.S. I attached a couple of pictures as evidence of his calls“

“I will eat here again! I wish I had found this sooner. The bacon turkey avocado was incredible. This is one of those rare gems and an excellent way to help the community. It's located down the NW stairs inside the main entrance, so you'll have to pass through security, but it's totally worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is an ADA compliant building and there is elevator access. Just tell security where you are headed and they will guide you to the elevator.“

“This is our favorite spot for an impromptu date. The lounge is comfy, the homemade pizza makes this Chicago girl happy, the martinis are wonderful, and the bookshelf of games adds to the casual living room feel. We love it here.“

“I don’t typically stop and get coffee but I’m so glad I did, their work environment was contagious I was greeted in a friendly enthusiastic manner by this short red headed girl whom got the conversation flowing and before I knew it I had my coffee in my hand. My drink was perfect and I’ll be sure to come by again! 5/5“
“Pearl Tea is a fun boba shop inside Columbia Center Mall with a lot of personality and a surprisingly large seating area.
The first thing I noticed was the décor. There are hanging lights, colorful artwork, and a large floral display that immediately catches your attention when you walk in. Along one side are barstools, while the larger seating area has multiple tables that make it easy for groups to sit together.
I usually order the Thai tea with boba, and it was excellent. Rich flavor, not overly sweet, and exactly the kind of drink that keeps me coming back. They also have a large menu with plenty of other boba and pearl tea options along with pastries.
As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I spend a lot of time working from cafés and drink shops while traveling, so I tend to notice places that have a little personality instead of feeling interchangeable.
The staff was super nice, and the whole place had a friendly, upbeat energy. You could easily stop in for a quick drink or settle in and stay awhile.
Funny enough, colorful social spots like this are exactly the kind of places that would fit naturally into the Maui Desire Romance Series. Lots of conversation, people meeting up, and a relaxed atmosphere.
A great place to grab a boba and take a break from the mall.“

“I hope Aaron reads these. I don't believe in giving bad reviews unless they're really truly earned. Your staff demonstrated nice and efficient customer service to the drive-thru and in-store customers. As an Uber Eats person i was acknowledged and then ignored. All new orders placed after i arrived were processed before they suddenly remembered me. Not joking...store and drive thru were empty when they discovered i was still there. 10 minutes later. Not getting paid any extra for the longer wait. Meanwhile the online customer is also waiting longer, and being penalized simply because they can't leave their desk but really wanted your products, enough so to pay delivery fees and a small tip. Please make sure your staff is aware that online offers should be just as important as in person.“
“Excellent service always. Love the staff!“

“We did an evening Target run over this weekend to look for a few things for our girls. Mom and I were feeling alittle sluggish. Luckily they have a Starbucks inside. Lol. Just what we needed to pick us back up. Coffee was good. Wife had the seasonal peppermint that have and I had my usual cinnamon dulce latte. Hot of course. They were both yummy. Oh and the hot chocolate and cookies for the girls. Thanks“

“The owner, Kyle, went out of his way to help fulfill a wish of mine to have a tub of my grandpa’s favorite flavor of ice cream for our family after the funeral. It was so delicious and it made for an incredible memory for my grieving family to experience one of Grandpa’s favorite treats. My grandpa absolutely loved Kyle’s Cherry Bordeaux handcrafted ice cream. The business most definitely lives up to their name. An entire team of angels work at AngelBrook. We look forward to bringing our family to the parlor for our future ice cream outings.“

“The food and drink here were rather good for a Starbucks! My only complaint was my brownie was a little too hot. The service was amazing, especially this barista named “Fee”. Her attitude and energy are in every way perfect and I highly recommend going there just to see her!!!“

“This Starbucks was a delight. The atmosphere was claiming and the employees were engaging. They had smiles on their faces and were informative. I had visited the Starbucks on 395 and Clearwater Ave and it was dreadful. They were stern and snappy. The atmosphere was depressing and cold. I think I will be going out of my way to go to the Starbucks on George Washington Way, do to the atmosphere. Thank you for the friendly service!
Dietary restrictions: They have low to fat free options. We also got a refresher. It was good.“

“**UPDATE** 4/15/26 Received an email last week from Wake Up Call with an apology, a refund, and promise they would speak with their staff. Not sure when we will go back to this location but I hope that things do improve as it is very close to our house and sometimes it is the easiest to grab our coffees from there.
We had a really frustrating experience at the Steptoe location this morning.
We placed a mobile order with plenty of time before an 11:00 a.m. meeting. When we got there, there were only three cars in the drive-thru, and an employee confirmed our order was in the system but hadn’t been started yet.
We ended up waiting about 15 minutes in line, and when we finally got to the window, our drinks still hadn’t been made. The staff seemed confused and only started making them at that point.
On top of that, my drink was wrong. I ordered a quad shot iced Americano with half cream, but it was way too light (too much cream) and didn’t seem like it had the correct number of shots.
We had pre-tipped through the app, and the delay made us late to our meeting.
This is unfortunately why we usually avoid this location. We’ll go out of our way to visit the Edison Street location because they’re consistently fast, accurate, and friendly. This location has been slow and inaccurate multiple times now.
Really disappointing experience, especially when you’re relying on a mobile order to stay on schedule.“
“This place makes the best Real Peanut Butter Coffee
Espresso, haven't had one like this and over 20 years, most places nowadays just use the flavoring, but if you like real, this is a place to go... friendly staff and affordable prices.“

“I am 50, born in Seattle. I remember when Starbucks was an artesian coffee shop near the Pike Street Market. It was cool because it was not pretentious. Now it is very commercial, and not cool. Now I go to an Albanian coffee shop, ran by immigrants......it's got a cool vibe.“

“The food is pre-packaged and warmed in a microwave. The portions are small and flavor mediocre. Prices aren't on the menu so if you want to know, you have to ask about each item individually and the staff person keys it into her tablet for the answer. The lattes must be one shot as the standard because it was kind of weak. However, the staff person was very friendly and helpful and the ambiance is casual and welcoming. There is outside seating for nice days or people with dogs.“

“The Starbucks team here is simply AMAZING!! The barista not only took time with my mother (she can be a bit indecisive) but also laughed with us as we tried to shop for birthday gifts. Sadly, my mom’s coffee mug broke but, the barista was so kind and totally made my day with a replacement! Both the night supervisor and the barista were genuine, kind, and attentive. Thank you, we love you, and I’ll see you next time.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever visited. I have been going every morning for 3 weeks, while in town for work training. The moment I walk in the door I am greeted by the staff. The manager, Jessica, runs a great morning shift. It took her a few days to memorize my order. She starts making it the moment I walk in the shop. I also noticed it with several other customers. The staff is on a first name basis with many of them. I have never been treated so warmly by a Starbucks staff in the 20 years that I have been frequenting Starbucks. Thank you for the great service and for making me feel at home.“

“This McDonald's is always nice and clean, pretty fast, and I would say consistently puts out orders that are correct and high quality. Drive through never seems to pile up, counter inside has a quick response time for someone to come order if you want to order at a person, and there's always plenty of seating.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

“I ordered under my nickname Violet, just so they recognize the name. I order a dozen of a custom assortment, a dozen of original glazed, and six chocolate frosted. As well as some drinks. For delivery. It showed up missing the dozen of original glazed. I don't know or care why. But when i called, the manager was immediately very apologetic and ready to make it right with the options of a refund, a gift card, or i could come get the dozen plus a dozen for free. Their delivery is just doordash so i understand why they did not offer to deliver it. I wasn't upset about of this. And i got there and they gave me the two dozen. I was also gonna order one more of the powdered strawberry filled because my oldest son doesn't normally like them but then got butthurt when he saw i bought one for his brother in the custom dozen i had delivered. But the manager gave TWO of those to me free of charge. I was ready to pay for it, but she insisted. I have never had anyone so ready to make it right. And they did wonderfully. All of the people in there were nice. And it was clean. Everything was great. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service. Excellent everything.“

“Saturday at the Veteran's Day Parade, Indulgences refused to accept payment from any Veteran for food or beverages. Whatever they ordered. This is quite the gesture for a small business. Us Veteran's who were there want you to know this doesn't go unnoticed. We appreciate the support. Many of us said we would be back to support you by coming to eat more. Thanks again.“
