This is one of the busiest locations (you should expect to wait during peak times in the drive-thru and lobby). The staff is always so very friendly (even while I'm certain they're under a lot of pressure)!!! I absolutely adore Paige as she always seems happy to see me which makes me feel like an important customer (I see her and other staff members this way with the customers...great job management). Keep up the excellent work!!
Best Starbucks in Richland!!! Friendly and speedy. Well managed. They know me there and always seem happy and upbeat, yet not fake at all. They will remake your order if its not exactly what you wanted.

Half of the time the service is okay here. Our drinks are frequently made incorrectly. The other morning after purchasing a SIX dollar drink for my friend, and carrying a baby carrier, water, keys, cell phone I asked the barista if she had a garbage for the straw wrappers.
