I have loved and recommended Lil Firehouse for years. Until now. The new manager has changed several things, not for the better. And was very rude about it. The cold drinks have too much ice, and the hot drink has too little flavor. And now they won’t substitute white coffee for the specials.
Sometimes they make really good drinks and other times they fill the cup COMPLETELY up with ice and you barely get ANY drink. I shouldn’t finish my drink in less than 5 mins. If I pay $7 for a 32oz I want a 32oz not a 32oz cup full of ice and 12oz of drink!!
I ordered an “almond milk, dirty chai, not too hot” I am lactose intolerant. She starts ringing it up and asks if I wanted it dirty, I reply yes 2 shots. Then she asks hot or iced… I replied not too hot and now I am soooo sick because it has dairy. I had wondered if she had heard the almond milk part after clearly not paying attention to the rest.
