We’ve only been to FAA Coffee House a handful of times, but every visit feels special thanks to Kelsey. She always remembers our order—even the small details, like that I prefer skinny straws and my husband likes a regular one. It’s such a thoughtful touch and makes us feel truly welcomed.

I am so happy I ended up at FAA this morning. I like STRONG & smooth coffee. I am really picky. I had the best mocha I've ever had & the best customer service I've had in awhile. My son said his hot chocolate & cookie was also the best he ever had. I will be back & I can't wait to try the Turkish coffee!!
