“Came in this morning for 13 cookies for my team, the ordering point the (kiosk) is very confusing when trying to order. The steak egg cheese muffin is not available on there. The manager was great in stepping in to help me out with my order. I ordered BEC biscuits and Iced coffee with my cookies. When leaving I noticed I was missing my sandwich so I came back to claim it and they took care of it. The service was great but the having to come back to receive my entire order is the issue. I still gave them 3 stars for the rest of my visit but the missing item really cost them the 5 stars. Will give them a try next time to see if we can get the entire order right. The bathrooms were clean, the lobby was full but kept up, outside cleanliness was kept clean as well.
