I had an issue with my online order and one of the girls working there, I believe her name was Mackenzie, patiently helped me through it and was super friendly! Made my visit an amazing experience:)
Food was good, customer service was a little rude. My friends and I made a mobile order so we stood off to the side without a peep and waited. We waited about 25 minutes for one 6 inch sub (and it didn’t look busy, like no one was coming in) about 20 minutes into waiting they asked a little rudely “Are you guys going to order or what?” We just let them know that we had a mobile order, they asked for the name, and then they tossed the sandwich on the wrack and we left without...read full review

I just checked the price of this subway vs. The one i go to in Downtown Seattle. It is $4 full dollars more for a steak and cheese footlong here in the middle of nowhere than it is in the center of downtown in one of the world's most expensive cities. What is the possible logic for this?Also the food was lower quality than expected from a chain like subway. Really pitiful stuff
