I have been sick for the last 2weeks and haven’t been able to eat much, but I was craving some Arby’s , so I asked my mom to pick me up some since I haven’t been able to eat much I have to bend to little cravings I have or my body won’t accept the food. Rachel and her team (Kira and Calvin) were the absolute god sends that my friends and I needed after a long work day. They were super friendly, made our food quickly, and really were just fantastic humans during he whole experience. Thank you Rachel and team for the great food & being awesome people!

So back to Arby's having not been in years and was very disappointed in the experience. Service was quick but it felt like the person was not happy about being at work. Ordered and went to get sauces no pots to put them in and two had run out. Food came and fries were cool and the Bourbon Brisket and Brisket sandwiches were barely warm. They kindly redid those so they were hot. But as for atmosphere the radio or whatever was playing sounded like an old cassette tape of tunes...
