Been here plenty of times but lately food is different than weekends (not as good). You can definitely tell every time they change cooks & I understand it takes time to retrain a new cook but the food doesn’t seem to be going back to when we first started going (this time our chicken seem semi-raw) so no picture taken just hope kitchen gets situated. !WOW!Worth it! Stop halfway on my trip between my doctor and Everett and my home up in concrete.This is an amazing place. My doctor actually said that I needed to eat pho today with lots of vegetables so that it helped in my healing of the damage from a car accident that I was in. In the Mount Vernon area. Ample parking. The portions are big ( what we have seen ) . We had to get a takeout container for the Teriyaki chicken.The Pho beef ball with rare beef was hot and hit the spot . They had a condiment table and loaded up on (unlimited) bean sprouts for this dish.?Unfortunately the Teriyaki chicken was a little overcooked/ charred a little too much for our liking.
