I have loved COA since it was by the high school. The food is absolutely TOP TIER. The quality is fabulous, and the portions are definitely enough for two meals. Service is always excellent! Definitely try the green sauce, it’s magical! My favorite order is the diabolo shrimp and steak- I do not know what is in the sauce but it makes me want to cry tears of happiness.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! They have incredible drinks and food. It was really affordable too! The chicken flautas are out of this world. Can't wait till I am in Mt. vernon again to come here. This location is much better than the bellingham location btw. Service was great.

Our first time to this place (we were here several years ago w/different name of restaurant). Began with a Very Good *chips & Guacamole* our "party" of 6 adults & 3 small kids all shared & enjoyed their Guacamole & their salsa was also good! My oldest daughter & I both like Chile Relleno & decided to try & share a bit & I got 2 chicken tacos (Hard Shell) with rice & beans on each. We all ended eating the guacamole & I tried the Chile Relleno & it was Very much just a Fried egg taste & Nothing else..it was Very disappointing!! I was really looking forward to a Good experience & great flavors. Both myself & my daughter were completely underwhelmed by the lack of flavors *(other than a fried egg taste)* my chicken (Crispy shell) tacos had great flavors & presentation was very nice. However, I got very sick from something I had eaten, Before my chicken tacos & had to rush to the bathroom with extreme nausea & intestinal issues! When I returned I was only able to have 2 bites of my Goof flavorful tacos & just had to pack them up. Hearing everyone else around the table, at least 80% was disappointed in their food. The atmosphere was very nice, it was very busy when we first arrived around 6:30pm-7pm and we were Very hopeful it was so busy because of *good food* and maybe ours was getting near the end of their day? I personally didn't care for the beans that came with our meals, but my grandkids seemed to like them. I think they loved their rice as well. My youngest daughter (24) got a very elaborate meal to stay away from a list of allergies & they accommodated very well for her, but again..she was complaining of **Lack Of Flavors** other than saying "their crema sauce is what made her meal taste ok & Not be as dry as the rest of her food" my father-in-law will eat Anything & he didn't even finish his meal..?The staff was Excellent here though. We had maybe a 20 minute wait to get seated, so, not too bad with everywhere packed! When we got back to our hotel, several (4) of us were very sick. I wish I could say None of us will be affected too long, but here it is & I am still sick in the bathroom at just before 6am the next morning & have only been able to maybe get 1-2 hours of sleep...I wish I had just stopped after a few chips & some guacamole! I truly hope this is just a rare occurrence & it was a random thing, because it was so packed, I would hate to think if a lot of others suffered the same fate as I did & the other 3 from our party...

Every time we have been here, the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The portion sizes are enormous. Two people can share any entree plate, but if you are extra hungry, this is the place for you. Their margaritas are delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I got the tres enchiladas and the poblano crema sauce that came on it was absolutely divine. The meat inside was tender, flavorful, and was moist. It was so filling that we couldn't even get to the rice and beans it came with. Sincerely top notch food! Staff were kind and atmosphere was relaxing. Price was on point too. We left paying the same price as a family of 4 that we've spent at a fast food drive thru so definitely affordable and 5x the value. Can't wait to come back!Kid-friendliness: Nice size kids menu and accommodating to different ages .

In all honesty, the food and drinks were WAYY overpriced for what you get. My skinny margarita was very watered down, and the fish tacos were nothing to write home about.

Their simple, inexpensive items are honestly my favorite! I had the carne asada and it was okay but the simple chicken tacos with rice and beans were so flavorful! The pinto beans were seriously the best I've had, very tender and seasoned well.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I think we had bad timing. The kitchen was churning out lots of food for a photoshoot of some sort, which delayed lunch quite a bit. Chili Relleno was okay, but was made into sort of an omelette. That was a first for me. I would have liked a different option for the beans besides the whole, white beans. Glad we tried it, but probably won't be back

It's a really delicious place! The only complaints I have are that it was loud both times we went (it was busy!) and the food is a little pricey for my tastes. The food was great, though! And it's a really cute place.Parking: There's only a few spots in front of the place, everyone else has to park in the parking lots around
