They don't have any cheese substitutes but they do have a vegan option when ordering. Chips and salsa even when you get takeout is nice. I got the salad to go and dumped the salsas on it. It also came with a small spicier salsa but they said it didn't have dairy.
That said there's not a lot around so it's an ok option if you needed but would not go out of my way.
Good spot for Mexican in a place we've never been. They were incredibly kind seating us w a new puppy and the food came.out very fast! Ceviche and guacamole were quite good. Fish tacos would not recommend. Zero flavor. But am sure carne asada tacos etc might be better. Very ample size margarita. Definitely a busy well known local place also on a busy road. Bear in mind the road noise is loud. Very loud. Still would recommend but not for a quiet night out
