I never leave reviews but this was the best sandwich I have ever had! Not only does it come with a pickle, but it was the most flavorful and well done sandwich I’ve eaten. Has all other sandwich shops beat. There’s also a drive through which is a huge bonus and the workers are enjoyable!

The staff was nice. However the sub was terrible. I got a medium Steamer. The meat was only luke warm and of was full of fat and what meat that there was, was tough, it was terrible. I am from the east coast and have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from the east coast Firehouse Subs. Extremely disappointed!

One of the most disappointing visits. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this chain if the removal of amazing hot sauces is now corporate policy. Your SAUCES were what set you apart from other sandwich shops. THAT is what made you guys better and different. But sadly I paid $70 for 4 medium combos today, and for WHAT?? Even the sandwich quality has gone downhill.I hope the Firemen who founded this place are pissed, because for what it’s turned into is a disgrace.

Went to Firehouse subs tonight for dinner. I ordered a BLT combo. Got home and open the box to find NO BACON on my BLT. I asked for no onions, not no bacon. They also put a weird spicy sauce on it. Honestly, I don’t know how they messed up on a BLT.

Stopped in for a sandwich. The store was filthy. The soda dispenser was disgusting, tables were not wiped down, bathroom was bad. They had just opened and appeared to be fully staffed. Makes you wonder what the food preparation areas are like. Too bad as the sandwich selection looked good.

This used to be one of my favorite places but over the past year I've noticed them adding less and less meat on the sandwiches. Today, my sandwhich had two and a half thin slices of roast beef. There was more bread and sauce than meat :( Also, I've been given the wrong order several times lately.

The Mt Vernon store is hit and miss. When this place first opened, you would be greeted almost loudly welcoming you into the place. food was great, service great and never left disappointed. Then 2020 hit and things have slowly degraded since. Prices have junped, no more greeting, employees walking around as if they are bored. I had to repeat myself a few times when ordering, Lg Brisket on Wheat please. Oh you want a Smokehouse, no BRISKET on Wheat. Oh what size again? Staff actike they don't want to be there. Don't care, no customer interactions. I remember meeting the owner in the store many times early on. Now I never see him. But i am in usually later after meetings. But what made me upset was I tried stopping in 15 mins to close one night. Open sign still on, door locked. 1 car on drive thru. Nobody visible in the front. But sadly what upsets me throst is the quality of food has degraded. What was once was treated like a work of art is now a hurridly tossed together sandwich, that looks like a blindfolded 5 year old tossed it together. Bring back the cheery atmosphere and a staff that acts like they want to work, even if it's thatate shift. I'm going to try you guys a few more times and if it does not improve, I'll sadly never come back and when you opened I ate there 2-3 times a week till I tried everything on the menu. I was a loyal customer. Now I'd rather just drive by unless I really want a brisket sandwich.

The subs are generally very good except don't order pastrami as it's ALL fat, little meat. Also, their parking lot is filthy with food, wrappers & empty cans. We will not return to a business where they don't even care how they appear, especially selling FOOD! ?
