The Mt Vernon store is hit and miss. When this place first opened, you would be greeted almost loudly welcoming you into the place. food was great, service great and never left disappointed. Then 2020 hit and things have slowly degraded since. Prices have junped, no more greeting, employees walking around as if they are bored. The subs are generally very good except don't order pastrami as it's ALL fat, little meat. Also, their parking lot is filthy with food, wrappers & empty cans. We will not return to a business where they don't even care how they appear, especially selling FOOD! ?

So excellent. The sandwiches themselves are very tasty. Today I had to feed 70 very hungry construction workers and Firehouse worked with us to get the order straight and deliver on time. I'll definitely use these folks again -- they are professional!Vegetarian options: They have them and they're great!
