In candy cane blizzard and I asked her a question, she took the time to explain it and had understood what I had meant. They work hard there its so busy there, and I appreciated her customer service it was outstanding.“

“My family was in town for a soccer tournament, after waiting for way to long at another establishment, only to be treated rudely and told they were out of almost everything we wanted, so we headed over to Jersey Mike's. We almost left when we walked in to a line almost out the door, but decided to give it a go. WOW, the employees were friendly and we had our sandwiches in less than 15 minutes, the employee even took the time to ask about my daughters tournament while she sliced our sandwiches. Food and service was so good we ended up eating their 2 more times.“

“Got a second opinion on some routine maintenance and decided to go with these folks. They were quick about it, no fussing around, and left the place tidied up. It was nice not having to deal with any mess afterward—definitely made my day easier out here in Mount Vernon.“

“I ordered the thanksgiving feast meal and it was such a hit that my step daughter (24) asked if it could be a tradition. It made so so happy! It was worth every penny! It was really affordable considering the time it saved me. I actually got to spend the day with the family instead of slaving away in the kitchen. Everything tasted wonderful and there was plenty left overs to send home with everyone. I would highly recommend.“

“Food & service was great. I asked for the Thursday $7 meal: chicken fried steak with gravy, and asked for extra gravy. My chicken fried steak did not have gravy on it. The food would have been rated a 5 had my gravy been on the steak. Thank you!“
