The whole staff got along so well with eachother and it seems like a great environment! I love seeing staff being friends with one another and smiles on their faces. Its a great place to eat and the lobby is always extremely clean. Never go to the other competitive sandwich shops they dont compare to this jersey mikes!“

In candy cane blizzard and I asked her a question, she took the time to explain it and had understood what I had meant. They work hard there its so busy there, and I appreciated her customer service it was outstanding.“

“Got a second opinion on some routine maintenance and decided to go with these folks. They were quick about it, no fussing around, and left the place tidied up. It was nice not having to deal with any mess afterward—definitely made my day easier out here in Mount Vernon.“

“I have been sick for the last 2weeks and haven’t been able to eat much, but I was craving some Arby’s , so I asked my mom to pick me up some since I haven’t been able to eat much I have to bend to little cravings I have or my body won’t accept the food. She was going to pick up the food in drive thru, she got the drink and took off ( it’s been a long day for her) and she forgot the actual food. She’s about home and was like I forgot to grab the food in a text. I call them and explained the situation to them they offered to remake the sandwich (which I declined but appreciated), they remade the curly fries and were nice to her. I appreciate that a lot. I’ve worked fast food when I was in my teens for 2 years, and have seen some of the customer service from other places, I just want to say I appreciate the kindness and that they really did help. They didn’t give attitude and were actually helpful. I appreciate the team!“
