“I love that they have a walk-up window! Makes it easy to get milkshakes while walking my dog! Last time I went, I walked up with my dog and kids. we all got ice cream and milkshakes! “Not all Taco Bells are created equal, because this one is much better than most I’ve been to. The food is well constructed, they do NOT skimp out in ingredients, and while the workers there moved with urgency they didn’t seem stressed, which means they’re trained and treated well. If every Taco Bell was like this one, I don’t think I’d even consider other fast food places.“
“The Mt Vernon store is hit and miss. When this place first opened, you would be greeted almost loudly welcoming you into the place. food was great, service great and never left disappointed. Then 2020 hit and things have slowly degraded since. Prices have junped, no more greeting, employees walking around as if they are bored. I had to repeat myself a few times when ordering, Lg Brisket on Wheat please. Oh you want a Smokehouse, no BRISKET on Wheat. Oh what size again? Staff actike they don't want to be there. Don't care, no customer interactions. I remember meeting the owner in the store many times early on. Now I never see him. But i am in usually later after meetings. But what made me upset was I tried stopping in 15 mins to close one night. Open sign still on, door locked. 1 car on drive thru. Nobody visible in the front. But sadly what upsets me throst is the quality of food has degraded. What was once was treated like a work of art is now a hurridly tossed together sandwich, that looks like a blindfolded 5 year old tossed it together. Bring back the cheery atmosphere and a staff that acts like they want to work, even if it's thatate shift. I'm going to try you guys a few more times and if it does not improve, I'll sadly never come back and when you opened I ate there 2-3 times a week till I tried everything on the menu. I was a loyal customer. Now I'd rather just drive by unless I really want a brisket sandwich.“

“Absolutely love this place. Drove past for years and never stopped in. Then I did. Totally worth it. I regret passing it up for so long. Brought friends here- Drove from Vancouver BC just to go. They loved it. Even treats for my doggo! I usually get a burger, but went for the Dungeness crab melt. Thought it would be a bit bigger, but ate it with no regrets. The size was fine. Excellent bread. Always friendly staff- even in the kitchen (I always thank them too). This is now a regular stop I crave on the way south.
