“My family was in town for a soccer tournament, after waiting for way to long at another establishment, only to be treated rudely and told they were out of almost everything we wanted, so we headed over to Jersey Mike's. We almost left when we walked in to a line almost out the door, but decided to give it a go. WOW, the employees were friendly and we had our sandwiches in less than 15 minutes, the employee even took the time to ask about my daughters tournament while she sliced our sandwiches. Food and service was so good we ended up eating their 2 more times.“

“Got a second opinion on some routine maintenance and decided to go with these folks. They were quick about it, no fussing around, and left the place tidied up. It was nice not having to deal with any mess afterward—definitely made my day easier out here in Mount Vernon.“

“There is an employee about 18 that she went out of her way to donate her daily sandwich to a homeless person that it walked in hungry yet with no funds. Now that is service for community not a greedy shadow seeking profit, but the ¹ñunderstandings of the heart and Will Ferrell Brothers Choose to make a difference and stand out and say I serve through active kindness.“

“My fav sandwich spot anywhere I go. We always order the veggie club and the beach club and it tastes amazing. They have amazing cookies anc mettle cooked chips that go so well with their sandwiches. Create a jimmy johns account and you will be rewarded for every purchase plus will have buy one get 50% off another sandwich offers pretty often. All in all I have never come across a disappointing Jimmy Johns. Huge fan always.“

“Stopped by recently and had a completely different experience than before. The store seems much cleaner and better organized now. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. Definitely feels like there’s new management making a positive difference.“

“Overall, I think it’s a pretty good subway. The guys that work there are very nice, And friendly they do a pretty good job of getting sandwiches out quickly, I feel like the store is clean. every once in a while, there’s been a mistake, but to be honest, those guys are slammed most of the time balancing online orders and in person orders, and I’ve seen them deal with people that apparently have never been in a subway in their lives as kindly, and as patiently as they can, far more patiently than I would ever be😅 Most recently a patron was doing tai chi while they waited for their sandwich and we’re pretty Chill about it😂“
