“was my first time there. we arrived 15 minutes before closing they were not busy. food was ready quickly.
I had ordered two simple smash burgers very basic the sizes are smaller than their other burgers and sandwich's hence the difference in price. They are ok real basic burger.
Braised Pork belly banh mi: being Vietnamese i was really excited to try this since most vietnamese banh mi is made of other meat ingredients never braised pork belly. I was quite disappointed. I think the mix sounds interesting but taste rather very salty and oily comparing to typical vietnamese banh mi. it was more salty than double bacon smash.
double bacon smash:
the steam bao bun was very nice texture comparing to the sandwich bun and there isn't anything i can complain it just tasty!
I wouldn't mind stopping by again and perhaps try other burgers. I think it is a nice place to stop by when you are in the area.

“Went to get a haircut next door and “the sub guy” came out to greet me, we chatted about my car and he introduced himself as the sub guy. He mentioned he has been in business for 40 years next year, so with the information I knew it had to be good. Stopped in after my haircut and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Fresh cut meat, fresh ingredients, friendly and clean environment. Cash only and there’s an atm just next door. Best whole in the wall in all of Everett. Cheaper than subway or jimmy johns. “I had such fantastic service from the lady working there on Friday night, 9/27/24. She was so efficient, made my sandwich really well and with care, and asked all the usual questions in a clear voice and useful order. I know it seems like there's not much difference between subway ordering, but she really stood out as doing a fantastic job. She also complimented my sweater, which was really nice because I've had a rough week and it was just such a pleasant thing to hear late night when I was tired and just needed some food. She had curly hair and a bandana, and if there's any possible way to give her a raise or at least a bonus, she very very much deserves it. “This review it's ONLY for the guy who was working hard ALL BY HIMSELF. He was taking care of costumers, preping, cleaning, and baking cookies while the other "co-worker" (girl) just sat down and talk with her friend who was visiting for at least 40 minutes, the only time that girl helped the guy, it was when more than 2 costumers arrived, I got there around 5:45pm and she only leave the table 2 times.The guy was super friendly, fast, clean and polite. The place is clean and the food its fresh.“

Everything was top notch, from service to sandwich to watching the fabulous employees do a proper job at cleaning and sanitising after creating sandwich masterpieces. “The service was lovely. The person making the sandwiches was very nice. The only reason I knocked off a star is I asked for lettuce on all 3 of my sandwiches and he said they don't come with lettuce normally. I said oh, well please just put lettuce on my sandwich. When I went to go eat mine, there was no lettuce and on the other 2 sandwiches there was not very much lettuce. I don't like sandwiches without lettuce as it is a texture thing for me and I need it. So it was hard to enjoy my sandwich. If the requested lettuce had been added to it, it would have been a fairly good sandwich. I think another popular sandwich shop that can toast your sandwich has better ingredients and bread. I will give Quiznos another shot, but if it misses the mark, food wise, I'm done trying it.

The restaurant was clean and tidy, the patrons were super friendly (although the restaurant has no control over that part, it was still lovely talking with such friendly people), the sandwich maker was swift, and friendly.

I recommend giving it a try, it may be your cup of tea.
