Little Caesars Reviews
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Little Caesars Pizza offers fresh and hot food at a good value, but consistency can be an issue. Pizzas may be undercooked, while breadsticks can be overcooked, and cutting can be uneven. The pizza is okay, and customers note that the staff is very young, which can lead to a lack of attention to customers waiting at the counter. There is no seating for dine-in, and parking spaces can get crowded at peak times, although the small parking lot is usually not too busy. Despite these drawbacks, Little Caesars is kid-friendly, often providing free cookies to little ones, and has a great atmosphere for kids. Vegetarian options like basic veg pizza are available, and there is a wheelchair ramp for accessibility.
