My daughter and I visited this establishment on Father’s Day. We had hoped to miss the crowds at the traditional sit down cafes. Our experience was met by an off energy that just seemed out of sink and without care. The coffee was cold and the sandwiches were obviously made in a hurried manner. One of the breakfast sandwiches was missing meat on half of the sandwich. Probably won’t be back. My daughter and I visited on Father's Day to avoid the crowds, but our experience...
The location is nice, the food and coffee is good. The customer service is poor. Rarely any smiles, no thank you. I often feel like an inconvenience to the staff, particularly one older female staff member who rarely seems happy to have customers. This place could be amazing with just some simple customer service basics.
