I take customer service really serious. Especially when it is where you spend your money. To management, whoever the young gentlemen that worked the drive thru 08/08 gold chain (fake or real, idk) and curly hair 10:15pm- please spend more 1 on 1 time with him on customer service. At least ACKNOWLEDGING the customers when they speak to you. A hi and thank you goes a long way. Sad thing, it’s not the first with this worker either.

I think it is ridiculous that management yells at their employees in front of customers. Calling them names and just being brutally ruthless. I will never come here again and neither will my family which is a large amount of people.

Installed the app. Was supposed to get a double stack for a dollar extra with my order. It never happened and the manager lectured me on how it was My fault and how I did it wrong. 3/31/25 Not going back!
