My mom and I had a terrible experience here. We waited for an hour for lunch on a Monday (it wasn't crowded). The service was so poor that the waitress finally apologized and said she'd 'take care of the bill'. We took that mean that she would take the hit for 2 beers and one burger so we left a $20 cash tip. My mom just got her credit card statement - we were charged $39. So we paid $60 for 2 beers and one burger after spending almost 90 minutes there. Good grief!

The service is attentive and accommodating, with great pints and fabulous food. It is a great spot in downtown Mt. Vernon with good eats and a huge beer selection.
