These are hands down the best bagels I've ever had. If you haven't tried them yet you are missing some seriously good bagels.

The bagels are excellent. We loved the bacon pepperoni and the BLT.
Cute place and outdoor seating.

I love the Mt Vernon store. Great people, service and food

the food is great but customer service is really lacking I get this is a busy place but I waited 20 minutes for a to go bagel (they didn’t have to heat it they didn’t have to cut it they didn’t have to put cream cheese on it) i just stood there in this tiny place and watched 8 people get there food before me people who were walking out with half dozens/dozens and nobody cared to stop for a second and be like her this girl has been standing here awhile let’s check on what’s happening nope after the 9th person I finally went to the counter and asked for my ONE bagel and it was just handed to me there on the spot really disappointed tbh

Absolutely delicious!!! Cute little cafe vibe is everything. My plain bagel with garlic and chive cream cheese was perfectly toasted with just the right amount of cream cheese.

Their bagels are perfect chewy on the inside and cripy on the outside. My only complaint is that when. I order one to go they toast it! I don’t like them toasted. I like them just how they come out of the oven. Why can’t companies ASK if you want it toasted?

Best bagels ever! I was surprised when I went to get 2.5 dozen bagels for an event and they could only sell me 2 dozen? I am thinking if I did that again I would call ahead and order them the day before! As it turned out there were a few left over that I got to take home! Yum

10/10 worth the stop if you're passing through, like we were. Delicious bagel sandwiches that are absolutely worth the wait, plus you can watch them actually making the bagels! Small indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables along the sidewalk. Mind that they get a lot of local foot traffic, especially once school lets out so plan accordingly. Bagels run out quick in this popular place!

So nice to have this place in our town! When you are up for a delicious indulgence, this is the place. Service can be a bit slow, perhaps because its a popular place, and perhaps also because they default to toasting the bagels. If you are east coast or used to fresh bagels served as is, let them know you prefer untoasted. Overall a great experience.

The bagel was a great texture. Unfortunately, the rosemary bagel was covered in so much salt that the bagel was one of the saltiest things I have eaten.
I feel like some of the staff could use more training. I watched one person wearing gloves touch a bunch of surfaces like the door, and come back to touching the bagels immediately. The woman at the cash register also told someone that there was nothing dairy free and they left, but the bagels are marked as vegan.
I would try again because the texture is nice

Great food. Chairs at outside tables were chained two to a table - unable to seat a group of four comfortably.
