I would give 5 stars because I really like the baristas at this store. Everybody is always friendly and my order is usually quick and accurate. But it's way too hot in there. If it's this warm for the customers, I can't image how warm the employees are. Poor things have been looking really flushed and tired every time I go in lately. I go here every morning. Never once have they messed my order up. The ppl there are my favorite.
I think her name was Michelle I always order the same thing (Oatmilk lavender matcha with light ice extra foam and 6 scoops matcha) but this time the way she made the drink was absolutely perfect! I will be coming back and asking her to make it again!
