I would give 5 stars because I really like the baristas at this store. Everybody is always friendly and my order is usually quick and accurate. But it's way too hot in there. If it's this warm for the customers, I can't image how warm the employees are. Poor things have been looking really flushed and tired every time I go in lately. If it's like other corporations, I'm sure they can't control their own temperature. Whoever in corporate controls it...

I think her name was Michelle I always order the same thing (Oatmilk lavender matcha with light ice extra foam and 6 scoops matcha) but this time the way she made the drink was absolutely perfect! I will be coming back and asking her to make it again!

I wanted to update since I saw the reply and saw the girls again this morning. I think I got their names. I believe they are Keeda and Trisha? I'm still not sure about the name of the gentleman.
I was there early this morning and was happy to see 3 happy baristas at the window! I can't remember their names, but it's 2 ladies and one gentleman all in glasses. I've come a few times when these 3 or at least the 2 gals are working at the window together...
