We both chose the same eclair-shaped Mexican pastry (new to us) that has a banana-custard filling. Outstanding. The banana taste was subtle - just right. Thankfully not too sweet - perfect. “I’ve ordered Christie’s Cakes for a few events now and, most recently, Christie absolutely exceeded my expectations with this gorgeous cake. Her positive, can-do attitude made the whole process easy and fun and boy did she deliver! Not only are her cakes moist and flavorful, but they’re beautifully crafted too. I love that Christie’s specialty is whipped cream frosting- it’s light, fresh, and subtly sweet in comparison to the buttercream or fondant on most other bakeries’ cakes.
