I came all the way here because of the top review score in town. The food was decent, but unfortunately, the coffee was quite disappointing.
I ordered a hot latte, and it was extremely bitter. The beans just didn’t taste right. I later noticed another customer had a similar experience not long before.
Hopefully, the overall quality of the food and drinks will better match the ratings this place has earned in the future.

We had never heard of Cot's before and had to stop in and try it. Was not disappointed! We don't live in the area but pass through often. We will be back again. Everything about the place was very good. Great staff.

Coffee was delicious, girls at the counter were friendly and quick, and the bagels were great! I appreciated the bagels didn’t taste fake, they were fresh and yummy! Lots of spreads choices too.
