Be sure to double check they are open before driving there! They are closed "unexpectedly" a lot. If you catch them open it is a fine bar to dine in.
The first time visiting the Woodshed. I can't leave a bad review but I can't leave a good one either. It was Mother's Day I called way ahead to place an order. Drove out from Yakima and drove back to Yakima to take dinner for my mom. A little hard for her to get out. Opened the containers of broasted chicken and it was way over done. Hard and really dark on the outside and dry inside.
Excellent food and a great small town atmosphere.

Based on the reviews, The WoodShed Bar & Grill is a nice little restaurant out in the country with a wonderful atmosphere and good vibes. The service is very friendly, and the staff and owner are welcoming. The food is top grade and so good, with specific recommendations for the woodshed burger. Other popular items include the captains platter with cod and coconut shrimp, which was incredible with the sweet chili sauce, and the prime rib dip sandwich. Guests also love the daily specials and recommend trying the in house Rootbeer. While the food is good, some find it a bit too expensive for what they got. It is not far from Hwy 12 and is a must go-to spot for anyone driving through.
