Decent place to get Chinese food around Newcastle. They have a small menu with unique looking items. The taste is OK, not too oily or anything like that. At the same time nothing spectacular. Pretty casual and good.
The food is no longer as good as it used to be. I ordered pork rib noodles, but what I received was mostly cartilage rather than actual ribs. Even worse, it was extremely tough and difficult to chew.
I brought this up to the waitress, but she dismissed it by saying it “just happened this time” and didn’t offer any solution.
I’ve been a frequent customer and have even ordered bento boxes for office lunches...

So the food here was great! It was the hottest thing I've eaten in a year lol I didn't realize it would be that hot, but it was still delicious! I do not like however how the ordering system works. You scan a QR code with your phone and order and pay over your phone. That means you add the tip before even getting your food which, imo is not great. I completely understand from a streamline perspective though. I sat down to eat and had to ask for water and ice. It's...
