“Last night, my wife and I discovered a true gem in Bellevue—SUITE Restaurant & Lounge. Tucked inside the Wintergarden Lobby of the Hyatt Regency, this venue offers an exceptional blend of fine dining and live entertainment.  We opted for the $59 prix fixe menu. I chose the Wild Sockeye Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My wife selected the Bistro Medallion Steak, tender and expertly prepared. The Roasted Beet Salad, a substitution for the appetizer, was a delightful mix of flavors. Our meal concluded with delectable desserts and refreshing mocktails. We lingered over tea, enjoying the ambiance and the captivating aerial performance. Our server, Josh Torres, provided outstanding service—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The highlight of the evening was the aerial artist, a third-generation, classically trained performer from Las Vegas. Her stories and performance added a unique and memorable touch to our evening.  Despite a modest crowd, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The spacious outdoor seating area is perfect for larger gatherings when weather permits. “We ate here recently and had mixed feelings after reading the reviews and it being a motel restaurant. My wife and I were greeted by our server and seated quickly. We had an entree, cocktail and dessert each. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent! I’m not sure about the reviews I read being accurate, but my experience was great. Thanks to the restaurant for starting our vacation out properly. I would absolutely recommend this place.“

“Great service, the hosts and all the servers were fun and engaged. Kinda hard to find, it's best to go in the side entrance of the W to the valet spot and the bar will be there on the left. The drinks were on the expensive side but were uniformly well made and delicious. Nice kind of hidden bar that wasn't super busy for a Saturday night.“
