“The lemon chicken was amazing. The leg of lamb melted in your mouth. The taquito appetizer was tasty and fun. The house bread puffs were light and yummy and served with an amazing tasty butter. Everything was beautifully presented. We brought our own special wine from Woodward Wineryand and had a reasonable corking fee. It was a short walk from the historic Davenport so that was nice. Kaila was a GREAT server and was extremely helpful as we had never been there before. I highly recommend it! We will be back.“

“I have visited the Spokane Birdie's Pie Shop on several occasions and always been thrilled with both the quality of the pies and service! they have a delightful model of having the Baker/cashier come out in front of the counter to greet each guest and share as much info as you would like to hear about the pies they have available. The service has always been friendly and informative on my visits.I most recently visited on Pi day because I could not resist their incredible $3.14 per personal pie deal! While there was a line, reaching out the door, it moved smoothly and fairly quickly. I ended up taking home 6 pies - 2 Triple Berry, PB & Jealous, Chocolate, Key Lime, and Coconut Cream and added in a regular priced Chicken Pot Pie for dinner, because they are just so darn good!I can safely say that all have been delicious and any friends I have shared them with have been over-the-moon delighted!“

“Absolutely delicious! I've been following these guys since they were a good truck and it's tempting to order one of everything on the menu. The offerings impressed my companions who were not gluten free and were not expecting it to be as scrumptious as the food was. “If you're going there looking for a delicious loaf of freshly baked bread, you will not be disappointed....but you will not have gotten that bread. Instead you'll find yourself going there every morning for your short stay in Spokane getting a delicious array of 70s style salads and yerba mate on tap! 11 out of 10. Also I don't think they sell footwear (didn't ask however), but they have the best tofu scramble I've ever had. Come to think of it the seating isn't very loungey either. “The Gelato was awesome. We sampled a few flavors and ultimately love the espresso or coffee based ones. The service was okay. The ambiance is cute, something for teens to take photos in for their social media. Nice to bring younger kids too. They had a showing of Moana to keep them entertained while the family enjoy their treat. Sorry, no photos to share.“

“Went for restaurant week and I will go againOur group ordered, the hummus, tzetziki, wtzatziki (meat stuffed grape leaves), chicken shawarma, gyro, and falafel.The appetizers were amazing. Grape leaves were subtle but tasty and the hummus was one of the best I have had. It was creamy and flavorful, paired with the fresh pita I could have eaten that as the meal. Thankfully I didn't, as the shawarma and gyro were also a delight both savory and tender. The vegetable/falafel platter was also amazing, the texture was spot on and seasoning well balanced.On top of the food being amazing the service was great, we came at on off hour and there was only one server but she was a delight. Very attentive to all her tables.Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“My wife and I went today and enjoyed the enviorment and food. We were a bit offset when we asked for ketchup with our french fries and they said that it would be a one dollar charge for ketchup and this was after we had already paid at the cash register. Never in my entire life have I been asked to pay for Ketchup and again we ordered fries!I hope they change this poicy as it it makes me feel like Im getting nicked and dined, and this was on a plate of french fries that cost over 10 bucks!“

“Went in late on a Friday evening, bought a Carmel apple pie with the intention of bringing some home to share, and ended up eating the whole thing it was so dang good! Place is quiet and staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend! Much better than birdies pies, better price, better size and all around much better pie!!“

“Less is more at Made with Love Bakery. The building is small, but cozy. The coffees and baked goods are flavorful but not too sweet. Their selection is limited but focused. Very friendly staff and in a charming neighborhood location. Give it a visit if you're in the area!“

“It’s pricey but you get massive portions, and service is quite quick even though it was busy when we went. Our waiter, Ian, was very attentive and thoughtful. We brought our 20 month old and he was always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we need. They gage us an activity sheet with free crayons which we appreciated. When she dropped it, Ian picked it up and even asked us if she could have the floor crayon back before giving it to her. High attention to detail and high regard for the customers wants and needs. 10/10 would return.“

“We got cupcakes and coffee here one morning and everything was so good my husband decided to buy my birthday cake from them. The atmosphere was so cute and cozy and paired perfectly with the sweets.The cake was beautiful and delicious. We chose the lemon strawberry flavor, and I would highly recommend it.“

“We hosted a memorial service with 48 guests at Tamarack Event House mid-January and every aspect of it was beautiful, primarily due to the sincerity and professionalism of Teresa and everyone else at Tamarack. Hosting a memorial service is never an easy thing to do with all the emotions involved but Teresa, her sister Tina, and the staff helped immensely.Teresa answered emails promptly leading up to the event, gave suggestions on food options, and tested our slideshow well before the service to ensure all was working properly. On the day every aspect was perfect allowing us the family to focus on the service itself.Being from out of town and not knowing much about Spokane, we are thankful we found Tamarack Event House. Our memorial service was perfect and I can only assume the professionalism would be carried through to all events. We highly recommend Tamarack Event House for your event.“

“Some real top tier pizza a really under appreciated almost hidden location that is extremely underrated. My wife and I are actually on a hunt to find the best pizza in the greater spokane area. We were eating pizza at a place close by and it was so bad we called and ordered here for our second time because it was so good the first time! Really perfectly cooked good amount of cheese to sauce to crust ratio that makes for a pretty killer pizza! Would highly recommend trying their pizza we will definitely be back ourselves!“

“We were looking for yogurt or parfaits for breakfast. Unfortunately there were out of them. We got a skinny Carmel latte, granola bar and cereal. The Marketplace is the closest coffee shop to our room. The place was quite busy in the morning. Casual seating, Pendleton gifts, t shirts and snacks. Free WiFi.“

“My husband and I shared a Thai pizza and it was amazing as was the crust. My mother and father-in-law shared a pepperoni and bacon pizza that looked super great too. We will definitely be going back and look forward to trying the Caesar salad.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the Mac n'Cheese - it was not craft macaroni which was nice to see and the portion was a decent size for a growing 10 year old. “If only parking is accessible or easy to find but being in downtown, it’s a turn down. Took me awhile to find parking. Eventually found one but not close. I hate downtown with all the homeless asking for change.Probably not going anytime soon because of that but restaurant is fabulous.“

“Went in earlier this week for dinner and had a great experience! We had Riley as our server and he was great! We had a few issues with our food, but he addressed it quickly and the service made up for the experience. I’d highly suggest the Rock and Roll and the Princess Liaj.“

“We ordered a smash cake and cupcakes for a first birthday! I emailed a picture of what I wanted for the cake and they made it exactly as pictured! Everything was done beautifully and tasted amazing. The chocolate cupcakes were gone in a flash! Lilac even offered to make the cupcakes match the cake with the same frosting or sprinkles. (We obviously opted not to, but it was nice knowing it’s an option).“

“Tried the new $55 Chang’s for Two feature. It comes with an appetizer, a main entrée, another side dish, and the dessert for two. The Crispy honey chicken was so tender with a crispy outside and it was like “melt in your mouth”! My sister called it heaven chicken! Also got the “Ring of Fire” bowl to go with everything and if you want some extra spice, it is really awesome and it’s off the menu!Parking: It’s easiest to park in the underground parking garage for the River Park Square mall across the street. It was four dollars for the time it took us to eat dinner.“
