This place is amazing. This is my favorite place for breakfast in the spokane area. Everything I've tried on the breakfast menu has been absolutely delicious; although most times, I end up getting Benny's breakfast bowl.

My family and I try to support local businesses. This one is a gem, it not only has the usual burger menu that all zips has but we often get the breakfast's which are wonderful. The majority of Zips don't have. Also has fast friendly service too. Dine in or dine out it's same quality food.

Well I must say I called about the poor service that I had back in mid December they said they would write it down and sure enough I called and they redeemed themselves I spoke to a gentleman named Tyler who I believe to be the owner and he said it would be no problem and the order was spot on in a timely manner with extra fry sauce and tartar included with the burgers and fries and sour cream and salsa with my delicious taco salad as well

Their food is hot , fresh, and delicious. The pineapple shakes are the best I've ever tasted. They are creamy, and thick....you have to use a straw....

Employees are great. I don't know if she's the owner or if she's a manager, I'm guessing owner cause of her horrible, horrible behavior. I believe that she has some serious mental health issues, but that's just my opinion.
I used to work at a Zips and the food is good for the most part depending on which location you visit. The prices, however, are steep. A wrangler oughta be $5 or $6- not near $9. How you gonna charge $8+ for what is essentially a bacon double cheese?Edit: now theyre just shy of $12 and have the audacity to hand you a receipt to sign with a tip option. That's probably the last time I splurge for Zips. It wasnt even fresh, as I came at 1pm after the rush and obviously got patties that were kept warm in a container of broth on top of the cooling rack they keep on the corner of the grill. Downgrading to 2 stars because of the sheer greed that is Zips now days.

Eaten there for years! It was very good in past. Breakfast is awesome!! All leadership is on morning shifts and the restaurant has suffered immensely. We've had poor quality food at least a half dozen times or more in afternoons and (evenings especially) and weve also been there when it was a complete failure in service. Non qualified ppl, drive thru and dining area backed up. Greasy and or undercooked food. We made a decision with that and Jill constantly raising prices that we will only eat breakfast there from now on. DeerPark has awesome fish fridays so we go there for that. Make some changes, lower your prices and maybe we will patronize more often again!

I got a cinnamon roll, which is HUGE. I did not like the frosting though. It was pretty tangy. (The others in my party liked their meals, so I think it’s just my preference. But thought it worth a mention-) it was like $4 and it took up the hole take out box!
