I enjoy the personality of each location, and the local history accessible there. I would love to know more about Zips and what Zips has to offer. I went to ZIPS for some food tonight and I was pleasantly very surprised at the customer service I received from a young man named Charles . I really feel like he went above and beyond to create an amazing experience he was smiling polite respectful helpful and very thorough . He listened to me talk even though it had nothing to do with my order . He did not cut me off he was not rude he did not rush me. I was not expecting a Zips to be this nice, this good, or have table service for breakfast! What a great way to start my day!!! I had an everything omelet that was seriously huge. My friend had biscuits and gravy, similarly generous. Very good Thomas Hammer coffee too. Nice staff, clean restrooms, just an excellent place. Highly recommended!
