Asked for a burger fresh off the broiler and actually got it that way.. Happiness when the cook doesn't put an old hockey puck in there.. Made perfect and thank you very much.. It is the little things in life that make us happy. Someone actually reading the order and preparing it that way is greatly appreciated and rare..
Hit or miss. But lately I feel like employees are more annoyed with you, which turns you off from this place. But at least the food is good and they give you the correct order. So it's average.
I tried to place an order via the app but the app malfunctioned and I went inside. The app became unresponsive and I had to shut down - I have tried to restart the app but it will not load.
I tried to do the BKmyexperience survey and the survey would not load. The survey problem appears to be a common issue as there is a Reddit thread about it.
