Went through the drive thru and was served an over flowing milkshake and just handed a bunch of napkins. Then was served cold fries and when we mentioned something they asked us to park. We sat parked for over 20 minutes waiting for the fries, while other people are coming through the drive thru and getting their food. Was ignored at the front counter for a long time (with many employees zipping past me, seemingly busy) with not acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally, in a terse tone, told to "use the kiosk". Dining area had many dirty tables and floor. Half of food came cold. Not impressed and won't be going back😡
