The worst thing
The cashier was nice but that’s all that was good. Ordered our food and it took 25 min just to get it. When we got it I realized it was wrong. We ordered 2 strawberry pies and when our order came out it had 1 apple pie with it. Went up to the counter and told them about the mistake and they told me that didn’t have any pies available and it would take 7-10 minutes till they were ready. We ate our food and when we finished we went back up to the counter to get our pies. When we got up there they told us that they forgot to let the cook know to make more and that we would have to wait longer. We waited longer and finally got our pies. We went back to our vehicle and when I looked it was 2 apple pies. I went back inside and finally got our strawberry pies. It took 45 from the time we ordered to get the last of our food.

Excessive amount of time and talks about personal stories All while the store backs up. The zero sense of urgency is incredibly annoying especially when your store is slammed.

Waited for 1 hour for my food, only to get home then realize it’s completely the wrong order. Trying to call to get a refund but nobody answers the phone.
