Sauce was nothing special but good. More than passable for teriyaki sauce. I wish it were thicker, that would have moved it to 5 stars.

The menu is large with traditional Chinese dishes.

“When I called to place my order I was hailed by a man who said, "It's a wonderful day at Papa Murphy's" and then he cheerfully took my special order, and made it "with love." “Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“
