Picked up sandwiches to eat while watching baseball. #13 for husband, he said it was great. After reading a “What’s the best sandwich at Jersey Mike’s” online article I opted for their choice, the Club Sub (they said the bacon made all the difference). Got home to find no bacon on my sub. Staff was nice and friendly but I should have been watching what they were doing instead of chatting I guess.
I went down to Jersey Mike's today around 1 pm after the lunch crowd was gone only to find a sign on the door saying due to hiring shortage they were doing online orders only. I went in anyway only. There was only one customer in the store picking up. 3 people working. 1 helping the customer, the other 2 doing nothing. I was greeted with a sorry sir but.. I'm not sure the order of priority for them, but I've ordered a couple times on the app and it's never ready at the time it says it should be. I've even gone in later than it says and they haven't even started on it. The place was pretty empty too. I like the food but the service needs work.
