We have frequented quite often but not recently due to a disappointing experience. We thought we'd visit again- more than a year later- and we were surprised by how many things were out of stock including most all of the sides we wanted, sweet tea, peach cobbler, etc. The staff were friendly however part of order was forgotten but later brought to us. We were also visiting for a birthday, and weren't offered a dessert but... maybe they were out. The ribs and pulled pork...
The food was great, the service was quick and pleasant. The atmosphere was the county western as was the music. We ordered at the counter and then picked a table. The food came quickly carried by a pleasant young woman. She made sure we had what we needed and left. The barbecue sauce that came with the sandwiches (lunch specials) was excellent. Would definitely dine here again.
I did pickup for my order. Food was ready on time, waitstaff was friendly. They have a hot box and a cold fridge up front if your food is ready for pick up before you get there. I only did pickup so I didn't really go in the dining room, but it looked nice from the lobby. The food was awesome, I should have lead with that! I had the pulled pork sandwich which was nice and smoky with a container of sweet BBQ sauce and coleslaw to add to it yourself. The sides were generous....
