Such a treat! Really enjoyed the food we got on our way back home from a hike. The crab Mac n cheese was the best I've ever had and the smoked oysters were divine! Would recommend 110%
Delicious, super clean local oysters! We were staying in Ocean Park for the week and looked up the best place for oysters. We swung by here and it was perfect! The oysters and clams were on ice. I asked how sandy they tend to be and the owner said they’re actually really clean. Whatever. Went home, let the clams sit in salt, and got barely an 1/8 of a spoon on anything. Began scrubbing them but stopped after five or six pieces because there was no dirt. Ended up just rinsing...
This place caught me by surprise. Compared to another local fresh oyster selection nearby, this place had quality for the larger live oysters i was looking for. The texture and flavor of them after grilling was fabulous. The oyster consistency made them easier to shuck as well.
