It's only my perspective but I think I am fairly consistent in my fairness when determining the quality of service. I really put him out. I came in expecting too much, I wanted seating, water, a menu, I could go on with my trifling desires. Creamy crab filling in a beautifully plated Dragon Roll that was firmly formed. Eel was tasty on top.Veggie fried rice was amazing. All the ingredients were bite sized and had great and individual texture. Bonus house salad! So tasty!Staff was extremely kind and patient and the seating area was warm and cozy.Vegetarian options: Veggies in the veggie fried rice was numerous and well cooked. There were no chunks of celery and large sections of onions. Really had a home cooked feel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Umi Sushi. Their Ahi Tower appetizer was particularly delightful. All of the sushi was delicious and their menu offered a wide variety of choices.
