It's a food truck, otherwise it would be a 5 star restaurant. My lord this was awesome. So delicious! Got a burger and fries tonight, absolutely out of this world (and I did eat it listening to Bloodywood) Highly recommend!

The Akashic Food Truck is an absolute gem in Olympia! Their burgers are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the curry was incredible, rich and comforting with just the right balance of spice. You can really tell they put a lot of love into their food.

The service was friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe of the truck made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both...

Food is great, but the couple times I try to go here on their advertised hours, they're never ready!

Edit: raised star rating by 2 to account for owner response. I wish their business the best and will continue to stop by when we can. I guess I just got unlucky when I went by.
