This is by far the best food you can get in a restaurant in Olympia or anywhere near it - hands down. And by near I mean pretty far. Make sure you have a reservation before you go!

I’ve been to Italian restaurants in New York City and other locales, but this is by far the best. The decor reminded my spouse of her dinners at similar restaurants while living in Italy in the late 70’s. The server was very knowledgeable regarding the dinner menu and patiently answered our many questions. The food was delicious and plates were filled. Reservations are a must because of Bacco’s popularity, but remember to call a couple of days ahead of time, as from what I observed this restaurant is very popular. Parking is not an issue.

Wonderful, small authentic trattoria! Have not had Italian food so good since living in Italy! Our waiter was amazing, Jose was friendly, personable and though very busy, made us feel like we were going to have the best of experiences here. Portions were great… we had to order our desserts to go, but tiramisu and the cheesecake did not disappoint… So GOOD!

Have had quite a few dishes from here. Everyone was excellent!! The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is outstanding! I would highly recommend Bacco to anyone who wants authentic and delicious Italian food.

I’m extremely pleased with this restaurant! Our waiter Jose was amazing. Everyone that works here was extremely welcoming and helpful! The food was beyond amazing and very accommodating to a member of our party with celiac! We will definitely be back many more times!

Fantastic hidden gem. It’s as close as you can get to Italy without going! Homemade pastas & gnocchi paired with authentic sauces & dishes. Ask one of the knowledgeable servers which wine to match with your dinner. Bacco could compete in any major city - do yourself a favor & try it.

This is the best italian food I’ve ever had in the US. Everything we ate was PERFECT. We did have to get a reservation ahead of time, but I would rate the food and experience a solid 15/10. ❤️
Can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

A Diamond in the Rough…
Don’t let the strip mall-ish surrounding deceive you. This is an excellent little Italian restaurant! Make sure you make a reservation—it’s a small space and very popular. My husband and I went here to date night. We ordered the arancini, a special watermelon salad with feta and a balsamic reduction, the carbonara, and the meat lasagna. Everything was delicious! The service was great and the small, intimate restaurant warm and inviting. We will be back!
