We ate there on 2/21/25. The food was outstanding but the dreadful service overshadowed the exquisite cuisine. Our order was delayed for some reason while other diners received their orders, we waited and waited. The server never acknowledged that there was an issue and never explained. We received our orders while diners were coming in for their reservations. We could hear the person greeting them saying they could not be seated because the current diners (us) had not vacated. It left a bitter taste in our mouths that is completely fixable.

We were excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. The food was overly salted, the gnocchi was under cooked, and the service wasn't good. We were never offered bread at the table, which we thought was odd for an Italian restaurant, but as we were leaving we saw our waiter cutting up bread for other tables bread baskets. On top of it, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. We had to keep our coats on the entire time. Wish it was better.

I’ve eaten from Bacco a few times and the food tastes good. But each time I went it went down a little with my last experience likely being my last. For starters I’ve ordered the short rib gnocchi 3x but each time the short rib became less and less. I took my little brother here for good food. Informed him it wouldn’t be cheap but it’s good. I told him I had the short rib gnocchi before and that was my favorite. We ordered to go and unfortunately didn’t open the box until we got home. There was a good amount of gnocchi but only 2-3 bites of short rib in his serving. With what appears to be a decent turnover rate of people working (at least in the front because that’s who you interact with) I assume they don’t know what a proper amount looks like. Picture is gnocchi vs short rib and the picture does reflect 1 piece of short rib missing because he already ate it *Side note my first time eating here somebody either quit/got fired so there might be a turnover in the kitchen too which could also explain inconsistent amounts of food like the short rib*

We may or may not try this place again. Seating close to the door gets a very cold breeze each time it's opened. The food was ok, not brilliant, but not bad. Although at first the pasta with chicken and mushrooms was overly dosed with fennel which made the dish taste very much like black licorice. They remade it without any and it was ok. But the kitchen seemed to have a real problem with "snafus" as that entree didn't come out with the other entree and they completely forgot the salad I ordered (which eventually came out even after the remade pasta dish). The server was wonderful though. He did his best despite all the errors.

Adequate pasta. Plating was like a kids meal tho. The restaurant was freezing in attitude and temperature. The host and service was seemingly offended we made a reservation so I was interrogated at the door while this elderly couple hobbled in. The entire restaurant was freezing. Customers had their coats on. The aging handicapped couple were asked to leave. There is no lobby or waiting area for guests who have made a reservation so after the waiter interrogated us demanding to know if we knew the phone number of the person who invited us?! Like I know that tho lol. But anyway. The entire joint was so cold and the bathrooms were unheated. The food was adequate, the pasta ok. The ravioli plates while adequate were plated by children maybe? So basic in design I thought they’d left something off the serving. The bread was meh. The whine list meh. The whole joint is meh.

Wheelchair accessibility: Hardly people accessible.

Came in last week in a whim and wasn't disappointed
I dont know much about Italian food but the staff was helpful and was very honest when they needed to ask the kitchen.

The kitchen seemed very helpful to help and was okay with making sure that we were happy.
Next I was really happy that are first Italian experience was here because it was amazing.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way to Seattle. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely go back when we are back in the area.

I ordered veal parmesan and it was terrible. Edges were burnt and it was so tuff I could not eat it. I was very disappointed because I have heard what great food they have . I will never suggest this place to anyone and I will certainly never go back. The parking is a not easy. Also I was seated down stairs and it was uncomfortable, very crowded.

Spaghetti carbonara is not very good. Ceaser salad is yellowish and the ceaser dressing is flavorless. The brushetta and red wine were good
