Michelin star class restaurant right here in Lacey, WA. Quality of food, portions, and service are truly outstanding. Get the braised short ribs, best meal I've had in a long, long time... Call for a reservation well in advance, they're often booked up days ahead.
The food at this quaint Bistro would rival any in Italy, which is only logical considering the Chef and staff originate from there. The walls are adorned with awards and signed appreciations from dozens of celebrities from many years of patronage. The menu includes many dishes not often found at any other Italian restaurants. Regulars never tire from a stale menu thanks to constantly revolving unique daily specials. I chose the delicious Chicken Marsala, a regular menu item....
