Dancing Goats® Downtown Olympia

I think this place has perfect peaceful park views, kind Staff, creative menu (look at my cute pumpkin pie latte with a pumpkin face!), and unassuming, comfortable vibes. The breakfast burritos have cage-free eggs and there are two bathrooms; great for busy mornings. Perfect.

Caveats:
I don't care much about how coffee itself tastes. If you're a coffee conossoieur, maybe read a few more reviews.
As someone who has worked both on Wall Street and for a housing authority, I don't feel threatened at all by what another review called "shady characters." If you're someone who feels threatened/uncomfortable by the proximity of under- or unhoused-appearing people, this may not be the shop for you.

it was was a mid-coffee shop, had ok coffee, nothing special, but did understand how to make a good latte. Even though they roast their own coffee, it is just simple dark beans.

Coffee is not bad. Ambience and staff excellent. But beware during off peak times due to shady sketchy characters right outside the door by the windows. Not the staff fault but just a safety precaution. Thats all.

Vegetarian options: Coffee cookies other bakery snacks.

Worst employees in Oly. Downright nasty. All the good reviews are people who were able to get their order correct with no hiccups. If they did have a hiccup then those 5 and 4 star reviews would be 1s and 2s. Take a gamble if you'd like

I had a chi tea latte it was ok. My friend ordered a white Carmel latte they ended up giving her the wrong size and charged her for a bigger cup she was not impressed and when confronting the staff about it they tried to say that's what she ordered. They had to go back to the register to actually check and see. They did not even refund Her.

7/27/24; 10am - Their coffee is great but the customer service needs improvement. The two barista and cashier looks like they just being woke up. Not even a “thank you” from both of them when I was ordering and receiving the drink. My sister went yesterday and said the same thing about service. Definitely not a fan of writing bad review for a business, but the locations in Atlanta have way better service and it’s sad to see WA location went downhill.

Fiance enjoyed her coffee, my hot chocolate tastes like weakly chocolate flavored hot water. Service was ok, basic of what's expected of today customer service. Not tip worthy but ok. Probably won't return but ok. Better than the Starbucks that was here previously.

Parking: Street parking, free 15 minutes during business hours mon-fri. Free outside of business hours.
