Veterans Day was horrible at Buffalo wild wings. It was a long waiting list, of course, but they assured us that we would have a 20 minute wait, which turned into over three hours. Finally had to call to ask why we havenāt been notified and they said oh it mustāve timed out sorry. They offered no other option for takeout or anything like that to make up for the unnecessary weight and lack of service. Definitely wonāt be trying to come and eat here again if they can treat veterans this way

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time today (Veterans Day) around 12:50 p.m. to redeem the free veteran meal. When I arrived, the hostess wearing a Chiefs jersey told me there would be a 15ā20 minute wait, but she didnāt take my name or numberājust told me to wait. I figured that was the process, so I sat down patiently. ( itās now 1:45 p.m( and still no 10 boneless wings) ( left at 1:55 ) ( for 10 overcooked boneless wings thatās contaminated with chili sauce )
At 1:24 p.m., I watched another veteran walk in and get seated and order right away, even though I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Thatās when I approached the staff and mentioned that Iād been waiting since 12:50 p.m.
Instead of trying to fix the issue, the other host (Katelyn) gave me an attitude and acted like I was the problem, even though I was simply following the instructions I was given. I understand today is a busy day, but thereās no excuse for poor customer serviceāespecially when someone is respectful and patient.
This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. No one apologized, no one took accountability, and the experience felt dismissive from start to finish. Being a veteran, I was looking forward to enjoying a good meal and showing support for a business that recognizes service membersābut this visit was frustrating and disappointing instead.
Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback and ensures better communication and professionalism from the hosting staff in the future.
Almost $1/ fried pickle is wild. We're tippers, but I think that amount of food might make it more difficult for people to want to tip. Who does the tip even go to? Was it the cook's choice in the kitchen to do 12 fried pickles on the plate? Or was it corporate choice? Isn't that more expensive than your wings? You've got people eating their leftover dip out here because there aren't enough bites lol. All light hearted of a review, but still unfair to serve that to paying customers.

First time eating here. came in with my 12 year old granddaughter who chose the restaurant for her birthday dinner. They brought my meal out first. So I waited for my granddaughters meal to arrive and it did..10 minutes later. Mine was cold. When I reached for ketchup for fries it was empty. I flagged down a waitress who went to 3 (3!!!) different tables and all ketchups were empty! She finally found one with ketchup in it but did not bother to fill or replace any of the empty ketchup bottles! My cold meal was honestly not good. I won't be back.

Food can be good, depends on the day. We've ordered wings and had no idea which were which. It's also extremely loud. Not necessarily a bad thing, but be ready for that.

I ordered the beer cheese steak lunch combo and the amount of food for $15 was ridiculous. The sandwich was SOOO small and not very good. And the wings I ordered were cold and had hardly any meat. Super disappointed. So much so that I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

Very bad, we ordered wings and they gave us boneless, we ordered them to go and we realized when we got home, they are super salty and supposedly habanero and they are not spicy at all
