“I would like to leave a review because of the great customer service I experienced while eating at Charley’s in the Olympia Mall. At first I did encounter a problem, I placed my order and tried to use a $5 reward that had a countdown as soon as I hit redeem on the app. The cashier was unable to scan it and said it wasn’t working. The manager Dinora was called and not only was she polite but she was able to get the reward to work. She made sure my order was correct and did it all with a smile. Because of this experience I will be sure to be back again. Thank you Dinora!!“

“My friend has been telling me about this place for a while and we finally tried it out. First and foremost, they have a HUGE menu. They will have pretty much any American cuisine that you crave. We ordered two different types of burgers and they were delicious. I really liked the fried buns and the ample amount of pickles. The fries had that crispy outer covering that I love. We also ordered a Oreo milkshake and it was super thick and delicious. It was so thick that they gave us a boba straw. The people that own/work there were so friendly. They made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. We are definitely going to make this one of our go to places.“
