Beat crumbl in the land!! Quick!
Disappointed in the cookies. Ordered a dozen of the small ones and they were all hard and seemed to be yesterdays batch. I’ve been to other locations and never experienced this problem. Either the workers don’t know what they are doing or standards have dropped.
First place i check when I have a sweet tooth!
Very pleasant employee's. The kid who helped me it was his 1st day. You could tell he was nervous, but he just fine.
Used to come in here all the time, lovely friendly staff, consistent delicious cookies. I came in last Saturday and there were new workers I have never seen in there before. They were not particularly friendly but the people who I recognize as the OGs were very helpful. Although, when they handed me my two single cookies the quality was AWFUL. they were misshapen and thin and burnt. I came in again today and ordered a peanut butter and a oreo cookie. Disgusting. The peanut butter was burnt and brown and the oreo was hard and abnormal looking. I have been coming here for months and I have never once gotten a bad cookie. And now TWO TIMES I have come in the last two weeks and they are almost inedible. Perhaps this has something to do with the new people I saw working. Check yourself olympia crumbl. You used to be great.

OMG...cookie heaven!! Tried for the first time. Peppermint ice cream cookie. Soooo delicious!! Possibly the best cookie I've ever had. Soft cookie, amazing buttercream frosting, best flavors, and large size too. Can easily split with someone and still be totally satisfied. Great store- easy to order, and quick service. Really fun place, and YUMMY!! =D

They say they honor our veterans on Veterans Day, but then flip it at the register! Suggest to me, I should not return for the delicious cookies😡
This store is literally always sold out of cookies, need to plan better and staff better.
