Emperor's Palace is definitely an American-style Chinese restaurant. Most of the flavors are bland with a lot of salt, very much like similar American dishes. A positive change, though, shows up in the soups: the curry and hot-and-sour soups have real flavor. The latest menu change shows higher prices and a more limited menu. Most vegetarian dishes have disappeared from the new menu, leaving Mapo Dofu, which of course contains pork. Don't expect to eat lunch for under...
the food is delicious and always has been every experience I've ever had there which has been several years worth of experiences. This last one if I was to rate one to 10 was a one I had to ask two times for one of the dishes that came with the b meal which I took most of the meal home because I was waiting for that side service was just lousy I've never had this experience there before

The one thing I absolutely hate about this place, is out of 8 parking spots at the front of the restaurant, only 2 are handicapped and they aren't even the closest to the door. There are 2 unmarked, 4 for curbside pickups, and the 2 handicapped. Don't even get me started on the location of the wheelchair ramp. That's why only 4 stars.
