Thanks to the 11/26 afternoon/evening crew for being so great. They went out of their way to help out my very sad toddler after he slipped and spilled his milkshake. Food was great as well!
Fries were soggy and over salted and I ordered grilled onions and they were raw and the salted caramel shake had no real flavor or taste.

Atmosphere N/A. Service - food thrown in bag. Fries scattered everywhere, not even in containers. Hamburger was good but overpriced. Milkshake flavor was sub-par, medium-sized, and overpriced. Other food chains out there that are just as good and easier on the bank account.

They have gone down in quality and service while the prices have gone up.. how can you place a mobile order and arrive and have to wait 10 minutes after it's supposed to be ready? If it weren't for the Cajun fries I don't think I would go back. The burgers were over cooked.

Fries 5 stars, burgers as a whole 4 stars, burger topping selection, 5 stars. I'm not sure why the burger isn't as good as I think it should after all my favorite toppings. Maybe it's the bun. Either way, the fries make up for it.
