Great place for a sweet drink(or 30% sweet in my case). The bubble waffles are tasty and the creams are delicious. I like how you can request different levels if sugar to the drinks depending on the way you like it.

Strawberry matcha and Brown Sugar milk tea… taste was amazing
Tapioca pearls… not good. Clumpy, undercooked and not edible.
We will definitely try again. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.

They need Boba straws instead of those reg drinking straws, the bobas kept getting stuck in the straw and we couldn't really enjoy our drink. It was our first time and showed up at near closing time and so we'll have to go at a earlier time to get a better experience with them.
