I mean talk about a breakfast waffle plate made with care and love. First the vibe of the truck is immaculate and groovy, the people within seem to care and have a passion for what there doing bringing absolutely astonishing vibes and great times.
The food itself, wow what an absolute treat. The waffle cooked fluffy with a nice crisp edge to give that perfect bite topped with a perfect sunny side up egg and bacon cooked to perfection. Not to mention that aoli sauce on the evergreen, I mean sweet baby boi that combo stack made me fall back. Love the people, love the food, ya’ll gotta come stop by Abe’s for breakfast or brunch shoot even lunch 🔥😤💃🌊

I had the cookie batter waffle and the 'don't give a cluck' chicken sandwich.
The chicken sandwich was great, it was like a Nashville Chicken Sandwich, with neon green pickles and spicy sauce, the breading was crispy and perfect, and the meat was juicy and delicious.
The cookie batter waffles were breathtaking, I've never had such a good waffle. Truly incredible, you gotta try it!

My visit to Abe’s was fantastic! The waffles were absolutely delicious, and the country-fried chicken with jalapeño dressing? Perfection. 👌 The atmosphere was cozy, seating was comfortable, and the service was friendly—everything you’d hope for in a local gem.
One small note: While I fully support healthy drink options (like carbonated water and Gatorade), the 12-oz size for $3 felt a bit limited. As a fellow small business owner, I’d kindly suggest considering a switch to 20-oz bottles. Charging $4.00 would still feel fair to customers while protecting your margins. 💡

A bit hard to find but 100% worth it. We got the Emerald City Goddess and the Cookie Butter Bliss (no pecans because I'm allergic) and they are both 10/10!!! No pics because we devoured them before I thought to take pics lol
